H&M Construction has been building homes for over 25 years. The majority of the time was directed to building custom designs, stick-built homes. About 10 years ago, we added Wausau Homes with great success.
We have many plans for you to choose from or you can bring your own floor plan. You can start with a standard floor plan from our idea books and adapt it to fit your lifestyle and budget. There are many interior and exterior options, also, which we have samples of.
Whether it is your starter home, move-up home, vacation or retirement home, we are here to help you every step of the way. We can help with plan development and site review. We can make it a "turn-key" operation where we contract all necessary labor and construction, or you can do a portion of the work yourself, allowing you to have the satisfaction of building your home.
